Help, I’m Alive! (And My Heart is Beating Like Hammer)

I know that I’ve fallen off the face of the earth, but finals and essays are totally demolishing what little spare time I had to begin with. But don’t worry friends. Despite this snowstorm that we are currently having (I wish this were a lie), summer will be here soon and I will be back in Toronto, the city of fodder, updating left, right and centre for your reading pleasure. So for now, pick up a copy of the New York Times (and don’t just read online you cheeky buggers), grab a latte or two and settle in on a patio. I’ll be back soon, and I’ll be bringing the snark, sass and good looks, as usual.

P.S. In case you were wondering (and even if you weren’t), that title is the name of the new Metric single. It is pretty sweet, but Gimme Sympathy is the best song on the new album Fantasies, which is infinitely better than Live It Out.
